I feel really passionately that everyone should have a bit of movement everyday – a quick stretch, a shake out of the body or a structured yoga flow. You only have one body, so why not make the most of it?
I offer in person classes and online so that you can prioritise your body.
Expect fluid movement that works with your breath, some stillness and some time to reflect on how you feel- time to switch off, and recharge your batteries.
