Nicki Hedges, Yoga Teacher

Hello, I’m Nicki. I was drawn to yoga from a young age and loved how it made me feel after a practise. I really love movement, and am constantly getting people to get up and move as much as possible. With yoga, I really enjoy connecting movement with the breath, attempting to bring my mind to the present during my practise, rather than letting it run away with me with all the things I need to do! 

 As a mother of two young children, I find that yoga always helps to keep me level headed in challenging situations.  But my love of yoga started before I had children. I went to my first yoga class when I was a teenager and then continued practising throughout my 20s. In 2021 I received my 200hr teaching certification in Vinyasa Flow from Yoga London and have been teaching privately and in group classes since. 

Moving in our world with breath, and feeling grounded is my style of practice and I would love to share it with you.
